Applications for our 2024 event are now OPEN – we look forward to welcoming previous and new trade stands alike.

PLEASE NOTE: This application form is for stands not selling food or drink, if you want to apply for a concessions pitch then please email catering@fordhallfarm.com or if you want to apply for a place in the Food Hall then please email janeconyers@bramhampark.co.uk

Each stand will receive vouchers which will each allow access to the trade stand Wi-Fi network. This is for receipt of payments and emails only; see Trade Stand Terms and Conditions for acceptable usage.

Please enclose a copy of your public liability insurance in the exhibitor name covering the event dates.

Your application will be processed and an email confirming receipt of your application will be sent. When your application is confirmed an invoice will be issued. It is only when the invoice is paid that your application is complete and your stand confirmed.
